returns

All returns are issued as store credit or exchange. All manufacturers warranties are honoured by the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are valid within 2 weeks (14 days) from purchase date.

Online returns will be shipped back at the expense of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus our initial shipping cost) will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to you in the form of an electronic gift certificate.

Used items are ineligible for return or exchange
