A 1 to 1.5 hour long led class by Eric Cunliffe of Shatki Rythym yoga studio. This class is suitable for all levels and will challenge even the most experienced. This fun and unique class is sure to offer a deeper appreciation of our stunning Lake.

In the event of rough waters class will proceed on land.

Should you have little to no experience on a Stand Up Paddle be board, a SUP Intro lesson is recommended. SUP Intro group lesson takes place Sunday’s at 10am at Station beach. Private Lessons can also be scheduled.
